How to Join the Facial Entity Membership

Facial Entity Membership Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Facial Entity's exclusive membership program! Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions, which outline the details of your membership benefits, policies, and how credits are managed. By signing up for our membership, you agree to these terms.
-initial non-refundable enrollment fee/reactivation fee may be applicable.
Operator reserves the right to increase your monthly membership rate upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to you. Unless you complete the proper cancellation procedures identified herein, you shall incur the increased monthly membership rate on your next monthly auto payment date following the end of the notice period. Our membership is month to month, without long-term contract. Every 30 days your membership renews until canceled.
1. Membership Overview
Facial Entity offers a flexible, no-contract month-to-month membership. As a member, you receive one service credit each month that can be redeemed for specific facial treatments included in the plan. We reserve the right to modify or amend the offerings and benefits associated with each membership tier at any time.
Membership Benefits:
One credit per month to be applied toward a designated service(s).
Exclusive member rates on additional services.
Access to special promotions, upgrades, and discounts on retail if applicable
optional: Schedule a standby appointment at the same day and time each month to secure your spot and ensure consistent care as a member only benefit. Enjoy the convenience of having your facial pre-booked while still maintaining the flexibility to reschedule or cancel if necessary. This way, you’ll always be a priority in our schedule.
Each month, your membership entitles you to one service credit. This credit can be redeemed for services outlined in your membership plan.
Service Credit: Your monthly service credit can be used for the facial treatments listed in your membership.
Rollover Credits: Your membership is designed to keep you on track with monthly skincare. If your monthly facial is not used during the month, it will not roll over to the following month. To make sure you don’t miss out, credits must be redeemed within 30 days and before your next payment withdrawal.
If a membership is canceled, unused credit will be forfeited
Unused credits will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.
You must maintain an active membership to retain your credits.
3. Credit Expiration and Usage
To maximize your membership benefits, it’s essential to use your credits within their validity period.
Expiration: Credits must be used within 30 days from their original issue date (payment withdraw). Any credits older than 30 days will automatically expire.
No Cash Value: Membership credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded for any given reason.
Unused Credits: no accumulation of multiple credits allowed.
4. Appointment Scheduling
It is the responsibility of the member to schedule appointments for services.
Pre-Booking: You are encouraged to schedule your monthly service as early as possible to ensure availability. Credits can only be redeemed for services received within the same billing cycle.
Rescheduling: Members must follow Facial Entity 24-hour cancelation and no-show policy.
5. No Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Members are required to follow Facial Entity’s cancellation and no-show policies.
Member No Show: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the service credit for that month will be forfeited and noted as used, instead of a no-show cancelation Fee. Member may not make up for the missed no show session.
Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancelation Fee of $25 and member appointment credit may be rescheduled within the month.
6. Membership Fees and Payment
Your membership is a recurring subscription that charges your card on file automatically.
Monthly Fees: Membership fees will be charged on the same day each month, based on the date you initially enrolled. (member may change date withdraw if needed, must request to business team leader/owner)
Payment Failures: If your payment method is declined or unsuccessful, you will be notified to update your billing information, and it will state it is “canceled” by email notification. If not resolved immediately, within 7 days (including the accumulation of credits) will be paused until payment is successful or otherwise automatically canceled permanently after the 7-day grace period and enrollment fee or any other updated terms will apply also any remaining service credit will be forfeited.
Membership Plan Adjustments: Facial Entity reserves the right to update membership fees and terms. Members will be notified of changes 30 days in advance, and the new rates or terms will apply to the following billing cycle, as the membership is a month-to-month plan not a locked in rate for than 30 days.
7. Membership Cancellation
Cancellation Notice: To cancel your membership, the member has the flexibility to do so with verbal or written notice at least 30day days prior to the next billing cycle. text 520-477-2793 with full name, reason for cancelation.
Forfeiture of Credits Upon Cancellation: Any unused credits must be used before canceling your membership or within 30days of cancellation. Unused credits will be forfeited after this period.
8. Membership Reactivation
If you cancel your membership and wish to rejoin later:
You will be required to commit to a new term agreement upon reactivation+ any initial enrollment fee.
Any previously accumulated credits that were forfeited will not be reinstated.
9. Transferability and Refunds
Memberships and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Non-Transferable: Membership benefits and credits are for the member’s personal use only and may not be transferred to others.
No Refunds: Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable. This includes unused credits or services.
10. Promotions and Special Offers
Members cannot combine membership credits with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Facial Entity reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Members will be notified of any updates, and the revised terms will take effect in the following billing cycle.
12. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the membership, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined above. Your participation in the program acknowledges that you understand and accept these policies.
