Terms and Conditions for Prepaid Services at Facial Entity

1. Validity Period:
   Facial Package must be used within 6 months from the purchase date. Any remaining sessions not used by the end of this period will automatically expire and be forfeited.

2. No Refunds or Credit Returns:
   Once a service/package is purchased, no refunds, credit or be combined with another offer.

3. No-Show Policy:
   standard no show policy for every client. $50 fee will be charged to card on file. Client is responsible to reschedule.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
   Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. $25 fee will be charged to card on file.

5. Pre-Booking:
   Pre-booking appointments for all service/package sessions is highly recommended to ensure availability and flexibility in your schedule. Our appointment slots fill quickly, and booking in advance guarantees your preferred times.

6. Service/Package Repurchase:
   Once all sessions in a package have been used, clients are welcome to repurchase the package.

7. Non-Transferable:
   Service/Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased them. You cannot gift or transfer unused sessions to another person.

8. Expiration and Forfeiture:
   Any sessions not used within the six-month period will be forfeited without exception. Extensions will not be provided, so please ensure that you complete your series of treatments within the designated time frame.
